Placing an order:

1. Find the products you want.
2. Add the products to your shopping cart.
3. Proceed to checkout.
4. Select delivery and billing options.
5. Review your order.
6. Submit your order.
7. Receive an online order confirmation via email.

When you submit an order we will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your order and then the process of your clothing getting into your hands begins. 

The stated prices include VAT. Prices are quoted in British Pound Sterling (GBP). Y-Fit Wear reserves the right to make price changes prior to an order placed by you.

Process:

Delivery: Once the order is processed and information is provided, delivery will take around 3 working days (excluding bank holidays & public holidays). This information is best estimates only, timelines are not binding.

Payment: Your payment will be deducted as soon as the order is received (or, in the event of bank transfer, as soon as possible). We will not start the execution of your order prior to having received payment. We take various types of payment including apple pay. 

Intellectual Property Rights & Copyright: 

Y-Fit Wear Limited owns all intellectual property rights of all products, materials and content published on it. All Y-Fit Wear content is protected by copyright laws. You are not permitted to manipulate, publish, distribute or otherwise reproduce any of the content supplied to you or which appears on The yfitwear.com website. You cannot use any such content in connection with any business or commercial enterprise. 

Ethical Sourcing Policy: 

As a well trusted business and respected brand, We at Y-Fit are fully committed to offering customers the highest quality products. We recognise the obligation and the responsibility to ensure that suppliers/manufacturers are operating ethically. We expect our suppliers to consistently provide an environment which protects their employees' health & safety rights and their basic human rights. 

Wholesale & Bespoke Products: 

All wholesale and bespoke (white label) orders are subject to a separate written agreement between the enquiring party and Y-Fit Wear Ltd and these website terms and conditions do not constitute or imply any offer of supply for wholesale or bespoke purposes.

Wholesale and bespoke arrangements require minimum order quantities, agreed lead times, and payment terms as set out in the applicable agreement and no order shall be binding on Y-Fit Wear Ltd until confirmed in writing. Y-Fit Wear Ltd reserves the right to decline any wholesale or bespoke enquiry at its sole discretion. All intellectual property, including but not limited to brand names, logos, designs, and trademarks associated with Y-Fit Wear Ltd, remains the exclusive property of the company and may not be reproduced, adapted, or used in connection with any white label or bespoke product without prior written consent. Y-Fit Wear Ltd accepts no liability for losses arising from delays, specification changes, or cancellations where the relevant written agreement has not been executed by both parties.
